Down the TBR Hole was created by Lia @ Lost in a Story.  My goal is to review 12 books every Sunday until I make it through my TBR.

The Rules:

  • Go to your Goodreads to-read shelf.
  • Order on ascending date Added.
  • Take the first 5 to 10 books (I’ve settled on 8).
  • Read the synopses of the book
  • Decide: keep it or should it go?

  • Nerdgasm – Keep – Possibly one of the coolest titles ever, I’m intrigued.
  • Neanderthal Opens the Door to the Universe – Remove – This sounds super sad and I don’t love the title.
  • Blackwing – Remove – It sounds cool but I doubt I will ever read it
  • The Last Namsara – Keep – I own this and still want to read it someday!
  • To Be Honest – Remove – I’m not a big contemporary fan and I am not sure why I added this one in the first place
  • At the Stroke of Midnight – Keep – This sounds like a fun and naughty twist on classic fairy tales
  • Kiss of the Royal – Keep – Sounds like enemies to lovers!
  • American Hippo – Keep – I just really like the title
  • Sea Witch – Keep – It sounds dark but I have heard good things about this one.
  • Daughter of the Burning City – Remove – It sounds cool but I doubt I will ever read it
  • How To Be a Heroine – Keep – I like the cover and the title!
  • The Mermaid’s Escape – Remove – I just found out that this is a reverse harem and while I am intrigued, that really isn’t my thing
